I received a free copy of the book for review and loved it!!! This was the first of her series that i have ever read and she is now on my must have list!
Very interesting plot and events in this short little book. Writing is great, I would recommend it!

Last one in a six set of novellas. Several new characters and a few of the old ones seemed to have different personalities compared to the earlier books. Still worth the read. I give it three stars. I can recommend for teens and up.
Not available on kindle unlimited. Part 6 of I think just 6 but never know for sure with writers sometimes. Also not sure of the genre, sorta dystopian sorta not, etcetera, just read the series. Not hard to figure out which books, Blink 1 2 3 4 5 6 {Rebel Minds}. Serialized type stories. Some got perma free, some from free book sites, some as ARCs.
Pressure escalates as battle lines are drawn! The Rebels and the Untouched working together for peace; Ronald Mead and his cronies working for political dominance. Mead has his forces of greed and evil control while the other side seeks freedom and personal choice. The battles continue! Which will succeed?
Perfect ending to an electrifying read! The battles were tense and realistic some were lost and others unexpectedly saved. The romantic matches were both expected and surprising. Page turning excellence!

I just finished Blink 6 which is the final book of the Blink series. I originally picked up Blink 1 because of the cover. It intrigued me.
Now I've gotten to meet some pretty cool characters, walked in their thoughts for a while. Each chapter is written from 1 character's point of view. You get to feel their emotions. I was immediately hooked into the story.
As the books continued the story was building. Each book revealed more powers that our characters possessed and more characters with metal abilities.
The story is set where there are 3 cities that control their own led by the Gov. The said leader of City 1 Ronald Mead has been running a research facility where they are developing a vaccine now required by everyone that renders them under complete control of their thoughts and actions and after being manipulated makes them forget what they've just done.
Aria, Jameson, Thea, Reed, Nick, Drew, Taryn, Kai and 2 rebel groups have teamed up to try to stop this mad man from gaining the mind control of all citizens.
Aria works off of revenge for her sister's death. Jameson wants to kill the said person X for manipulating him and others years ago. Thea wants peace for her her people the rebel group who call themselves the Untouched. Reed has inside information no one could have dreamed he possessed. Nick the leader of the Rev's a second rebel group possesses a determination to set everyone free of the Gov's rule. Drew not that long ago was a Gov official, actually the boss of Jameson and Kai. After she finds out she was not really an orphan but instead daughter to mad man Ronald Mead she develops her own agenda. Taryn is a scientist who has just found out the Gov tried to have her and everyone she works with killed. Thankfully she made it out alive. Kai is a genius computer hacker who is successful in encrypting code and warning everyone of events to happen.
You must read these books in order or you will be lost.
I do believe I am going to try to read every book published by this author!!!!
Well, although, this book is the longest of each by about 25 pages, it took me much longer to read. I do love that I was able to meet each character. I did finally get to see each couple's relationship.
However, it wasn't really able to give much depth. As much as I like the new POV for every single chapter, it became complicated to keep track of who's view I was reading. I had to go back to the beginning of many to see who's side I was reading as it was so easy to get lost. I wonder if this kinda spoiled the book a little for me.
I don't know but, this one fell a bit flat after all of the drama leading up to this point I was looking for it to be more intense. Each couple's mission wrapped up quickly and predictably.
Word building might have increased the connection but that would have required another book at these lengths. And quite honestly I might not have read it. I guess I just wanted some more action. Lol, I'm an action addict! I definitely would have enjoyed a more dramatic ending of Ronald's reign. I wanted him to really pay for his actions.
So, with all that said. It wasn't a "bad" book. Every couple and their mission was wrapped up. Ooh, editing was really good, too.
Now, to check out her other novels! I greatly enjoy her writing. -)
